The City of Jacksonville's Emergency Rental Assistance Program is now accepting applications online and in person for eligible Duval County residents who have been unable to pay their rent or utilities due to a loss of income related to COVID-19.

Paper applications will be available for pick up and drop off as well. If you need in-person assistance, that is available by calling 211 or 632-0600.
